If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced mortgage environment, TAG Lending Group is looking for a Loan Processing Assistant to support our growing team of Loan Officers and Processors.
As a Loan Processing Assistant, you'll help move loans efficiently from application through closing by coordinating documentation, communicating with borrowers, and ensuring every file stays on track.

What You'll Do
- Assist Loan Officers and Processors with daily loan pipeline management
- Collect and review borrower documentation
- Request missing conditions from borrowers and third parties
- Maintain accurate loan files within the LOS
- Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, Realtors, and lenders
- Schedule closings and monitor deadlines
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process
- Keep borrowers and Loan Officers updated on loan status
- Ensure files remain compliant and organized
What We're Looking For
- Mortgage processing or mortgage administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple files simultaneously
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and mortgage technology
- Experience with Arive LOS, Encompass, or similar platforms is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
