My wife and I own a thriving, multi-doctor practice in Fairbanks, Alaska, and we’re beginning the search for the right dentist to join our team with the opportunity to become a partner and eventually purchase the practice.

This isn’t a “retiring next year” situation. We envision a buy-in opportunity within 2 years and a total transition within 10 years. Our goal is to find someone who wants mentorship, a gradual transition into ownership, and the chance to lead a well-established practice when the time is right.
