Stride CRM is a fast-growing customer relationship management platform that helps businesses build stronger relationships with their customers. We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients get the most value from our platform.


About the Role


As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary advocate for our customers, owning the relationship from onboarding through renewal. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, drive product adoption, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities

- Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.

- Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation of Stride CRM.

- Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.

- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to reduce churn.

- Conduct regular business reviews and gather feedback to improve the customer experience.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.


Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in SaaS.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.

- A proactive, customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple accounts.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
