Job Summary / BriefRiver Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Hybrid Sales Development Representative to join our regional Colorado team. This position operates on a stable hybrid schedule out of our regional workspace, combining structured in-office collaboration with remote flexibility to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our regional sales lead files and provide advanced outreach administrative support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing ledger updates, organizing digital sales pipelines, and keeping corporate outreach records moving efficiently to maximize administrative productivity.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Pipeline Management: Monitor prospect account lists and contact submission deadlines, track regional grower outreach compliance data, and route audited lead updates to the correct sales manager.
- Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic contact validation workflows, track individual grower preference profiles, and organize secure cloud sales directories across our network database.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate client contact history records, enter seasonal pricing/product interest updates, and log verified call metrics directly into our central database system.
- Communication Integration: Monitor the central sales development support inbox, resolve documentation discrepancies, and draft professional corporate correspondence for our regional management group.
- Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with account management leadership and corporate credit/accounting personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict transaction compliance.
Applicant Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; previous experience in retail customer service, phone-based outreach, basic data entry, or general office administration is valued.
- Proven track record in maintaining accurate digital files, following structured communication routines, or tracking daily workflow deadlines.
- Dependable computer skills with cloud file systems, automated data tracking tools, and basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel data sorting, Outlook email routing).
- Capability to thrive in a structured hybrid workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity and professional office attendance.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
