Job Summary / Brief
River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Remote Contract Brand Ambassador to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a stable, fully remote contract schedule to support our expanding seasonal network footprint. In this role, you will manage our regional promotional outreach files and provide advanced brand administration support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing ledger updates, organizing digital campaign pipelines, and keeping corporate promotional records moving efficiently to maximize administrative productivity.
Core Responsibilities
- Promotional Outreach Management: Monitor regional market presence metrics and promotional submission deadlines, track regional grower brand compliance data, and route audited campaign updates to the correct marketing manager.
- Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic promotional validation workflows, track individual brand engagement profiles, and organize secure cloud marketing directories across our network database.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate community partner history records, enter seasonal marketing promotion changes, and log verified brand metrics directly into our central database system.
- Communication Integration: Monitor the central brand support inbox, resolve promotional documentation discrepancies, and draft professional corporate correspondence for our regional management group.
- Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with sales leadership and corporate credit/accounting personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict transaction compliance.
Applicant Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; previous experience in retail customer service, public outreach, brand promotion, basic data entry, or general marketing support is valued.
- Proven track record in maintaining accurate digital campaign files, managing project timelines, or following structured communication deadlines.
- Dependable computer skills with cloud file systems, brand tracking tools, and basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel data sorting, Outlook email routing).
- Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
