Job Summary / Brief
River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Remote Fleet & Asset Documentation Specialist to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a fully remote schedule to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our equipment compliance systems and provide seamless operational support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing regulatory updates, organizing digital compliance workflows, and keeping physical asset documentation moving efficiently to maximize team productivity.
Core Responsibilities
- · Asset Management: Track commercial applicator equipment titles, monitor regional vehicle registration cycles, and route DOT-related inquiries to the correct operations manager.
- · Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic inspection workflows, track equipment maintenance logs, and organize secure cloud file structures for asset warranties across our network database.
- · Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate fleet records, enter seasonal vehicle deployment data, and scan equipment safety certifications directly into our central database system.
- · Communication Integration: Monitor the central operations inbox, distribute compliance renewal notices, and draft professional regulatory correspondence for our regional management group.
- · Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility management and dispatch personnel to guarantee cohesive logistics support and strict DOT documentation compliance.
Applicant Requirements
- · High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; previous experience in logistics administration, fleet management, or asset compliance is preferred.
- · Proven track record in tracking asset schedules, high-volume alphanumeric data entry, or clerical office operations.
- · Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- · Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
- · Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
