Job Summary / Brief

River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a fully remote schedule to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our customer database entry files and provide advanced database administrative support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing data updates, organizing digital data entry pipelines, and keeping corporate data files moving efficiently to maximize procurement and system productivity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Entry Management: Monitor grower database change histories, track file completion compliance, and route verified data terms to the correct agronomic advisor or manager.
  • Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic batch upload workflows, track network document production timelines, and organize secure cloud input directories across our network database.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate data records, enter seasonal product tracking logs, and enter customer profile updates directly into our central database system.
  • Communication Integration: Monitor the central data entry queue inbox, resolve source document text discrepancies, and draft professional corporate data queries for our regional management group.
  • Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with system support clerks, data validators, and regional hub personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict data standards compliance.

Applicant Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in high-volume data typing, alphanumeric entry, or office admin support ecosystems is valued.
  • Proven track record in alphanumeric entry, high typing accuracy (WPM tracking), or digital ledger verification.
  • Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, database entry screens, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel cell population, text sorting, simple tables).
  • Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
