Job Summary / Brief
River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Remote Order Tracking & Logistics Assistant to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a fully remote schedule to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our customer shipment tracking files and provide advanced supply chain administrative support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing logistics updates, organizing digital transit pipelines, and keeping corporate delivery records moving efficiently to maximize procurement and delivery productivity.
Core Responsibilities
· Logistics Management: Monitor grower shipment delivery dates, track freight carrier compliance, and route product transit terms to the correct agronomic advisor or manager.
· Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic delivery confirmation workflows, track manufacturer supply timelines, and organize secure cloud shipping directories across our network database.
· Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate delivery records, enter seasonal seed/chemical shipment schedules, and log signed distribution agreements directly into our central database system.
· Communication Integration: Monitor the central transit tracking inbox, resolve carrier documentation discrepancies, and draft professional corporate correspondence for our regional management group.
· Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with product management and regional warehouse personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict shipping compliance.
Applicant Requirements
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred (or equivalent professional experience); previous experience in logistics coordination, order tracking, procurement support, or corporate customer management is valued.
· Proven track record in digital shipping auditing, tracking transit milestones, or order lifecycle tracking.
· Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, enterprise tracking systems, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel macros, formulas, data sorting).
· Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
· Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
