Job Summary / Brief

River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Remote Vendor & Contract Administrator to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a fully remote schedule to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our third-party supplier files and provide advanced contract administrative support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing compliance updates, organizing digital document pipelines, and keeping corporate supplier records moving efficiently to maximize procurement productivity.

Core Responsibilities

  • · Contract Management: Monitor supplier agreement expiration dates, track certificate of insurance (COI) compliance, and route wholesale dealer terms to the correct agronomic advisor or manager.
  • · Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic contract signature workflows, track manufacturer rebate profiles, and organize secure cloud vendor directories across our network database.
  • · Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate supplier records, enter seasonal seed/chemical pricing schedules, and log signed commercial agreements directly into our central database system.
  • · Communication Integration: Monitor the central purchasing inbox, resolve vendor documentation discrepancies, and draft professional corporate correspondence for our regional management group.
  • · Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with product management and corporate credit personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict contract compliance.

Applicant Requirements

  • · Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance required (or equivalent professional experience); previous experience in contract administration, legal operations, procurement support, or corporate vendor management is preferred.
  • · Proven track record in digital document auditing, tracking deadline milestones, or contract lifecycle tracking.
  • · Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, enterprise electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign), and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel macros, formulas, data sorting).
  • · Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
  • · Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
