Job Summary / Brief

River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking a welcoming and highly organized Account Onboarding Specialist to guide new commercial grower accounts through our service integration pipeline. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, and full relocation assistance will be provided to the local facility area if required. Operating on a hybrid schedule, you will orchestrate the end-to-end setup process for newly acquired farming operations and regional retail clients. You will build strong relationships by auditing credit profiles, configuring digital data platforms, and coordinating cross-departmentally to deliver a flawless welcome experience that maximizes client retention and team productivity.

Core Responsibilities

Profile Integration: Manage the digital creation of new grower accounts, entering accurate legal business details, tax-exempt entities, and land parcel data into our central system.

Document Collection: Review and track mandatory client paperwork, including commercial credit applications, sales tax exemption certificates, and service liability waivers.

Pipeline Communication: Act as the dedicated point of contact during the first 60 days of an account lifecycle, bridging the gap between sales advisors and backend operations teams.

Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility management and warehouse personnel to guarantee cohesive office support and strict documentation compliance.

Applicant Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; previous account onboarding, customer success, or corporate account setup experience is preferred.

Proven track record in client relations, credit data coordination, or administrative account management.

Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.

Willingness to relocate to the physical facility hub environment, utilizing company-provided relocation assistance.

Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
