River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking a precise and highly detail-oriented Crop Compliance and Regulatory Records Clerk to manage our environmental and agricultural safety documentation. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, and full relocation assistance will be provided to the local facility area if required. Operating on a hybrid schedule, you will oversee digital compliance logs and ensure strict alignment with federal, state, and local chemical handling mandates. You will build strong relationships by auditing application histories, verifying product tracking codes, and keeping our regional records system perfectly audit-ready to maximize network safety and operational compliance.
Core Responsibilities
Compliance Documentation: Maintain detailed, chronological digital logs of all field chemical applications, chemical quantities, and specific weather conditions during treatment.
Credential Verification: Review and cross-reference restricted-use pesticide (RUP) logs against regional grower applicator licenses to ensure complete legal compliance before product release.
Audit Preparation: Organize, catalog, and secure agricultural data sheets and chemical records to ensure immediate readiness for environmental and state regulatory audits.
Database Maintenance: Input precise acreage treatment histories, product batch codes, and safety data sheet updates into our centralized regional network repository.
Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility management and warehouse personnel to guarantee cohesive office support and strict documentation compliance.
Applicant Requirements
Proven track record in data verification, record auditing, or high-accuracy corporate filing systems.
Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and professional database management software.
