River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized and highly collaborative Scheduling Specialist to optimize our seasonal service pipelines. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, and full relocation assistance will be provided to the local facility area if required. Operating on a hybrid schedule, you will manage timeline delivery strategies and coordinate complex field schedules across our agricultural service sectors. You will build strong relationships by aligning regional grower requirements, equipment operator availability, and chemical product arrivals to maximize regional application accuracy and prevent team downtime.
Core Responsibilities
Timeline Management: Design, maintain, and update daily delivery timetables and field application schedules across our regional grower network database.
Resource Allocation: Align equipment operator availability with immediate seasonal crop input requests to maximize fuel efficiency and machinery runtime.
** grower Syncing:** Maintain active phone and electronic contact with grower accounts to confirm arrival windows and log local field readiness data.
Delay Mitigation: Identify potential chemical delivery delays or weather disruptions quickly, shifting regional calendar priorities to protect workflow continuity.
Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility management and warehouse personnel to guarantee cohesive office support and strict documentation compliance.
Applicant Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; previous scheduling, workforce dispatch, or corporate calendar management experience is preferred.
Proven track record in operations coordination, resource planning, or client service logistics.
Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and automated enterprise scheduling systems.
Willingness to relocate to the physical facility hub environment, utilizing company-provided relocation assistance.
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
