Salary Range:  $32 - $40 hour

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be both a healthcare provider and a valued member of our treatment team, helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health through exceptional clinical care and meaningful relationships.

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience while providing comprehensive hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, preventive procedures, radiographs, patient education, and collaboration with the doctor to support individualized treatment plans.

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Optional last Friday of each month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
  • Conduct periodontal assessments, collect diagnostic records, and document findings accurately.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
  • Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide in accordance with state regulations.
  • Manage electronic health records using Open Dental and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the doctor and team members to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment while adhering to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
  • Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of preventive and periodontal care.
  • Proficiency with dental software, including Open Dental or similar practice management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with patients while maintaining a high standard of care.
  • Experience in a general dentistry setting preferred.
