PerLuxe Travels is growing and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-first Remote Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is not your typical desk job, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes support that makes dream vacations actually happen.

What You’ll Do
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging to keep them informed and excited throughout their travel journey
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise lines, and packages to match client needs and budgets
• Support the team with tracking bookings, deadlines, and follow-up touchpoints
• Help clients navigate travel documentation, payment schedules, and trip modifications
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience with upgrades, add-ons, or promotions
