Licensed Esthetician / Aesthetic Treatment Specialist

Bod Medical is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice. This position offers the opportunity to perform aesthetic treatments independently (where permitted) and assist the physician with advanced aesthetic and body-contouring procedures.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys educating patients, and is comfortable discussing treatment plans and memberships. Strong sales and consultation skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and assist patients in developing treatment plans
- Conduct esthetic services and treatments within scope of practice
- Assist with and/or perform body contouring and aesthetic procedures, including:
- Pagani Cryo T
- Acoustic Soundwave Therapy
- CoolSculpting
- Morpheus8 RF Microneedling
- Laser Hair Removal
- Tattoo Removal
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Additional aesthetic procedures as training permits
- Take clinical photographs and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
- Follow all safety, infection control, and treatment protocols
- Assist with patient flow, room preparation, and equipment maintenance
- Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content creation, and patient retention programs
- Help promote memberships, packages, and long-term treatment plans
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and pricing with patients
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term patient relationships
- Sales experience or a proven track record of treatment plan conversions is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
