Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Law Paralegal
Escobar Law PLLC is seeking a highly organized, and compassionate Family Law Paralegal to join our Dallas office. This is a full-time, on-site position for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional who is passionate about helping families navigate challenging legal matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
Manage and maintain organized case files and detailed case notes
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and mediations
Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of court documents
Schedule appointments, hearings, and client meetings
Provide exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality
Minimum 2 years of Family Law experience preferred
Fluent in both Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
Strong organizational and case management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
