Bilingual Client Advisor / Sales Consultant
Metro Nissan of Dallas is looking for a motivated bilingual Client Advisor to join our growing sales team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants the opportunity to build a long-term career in automotive sales.
As a Client Advisor, you will assist customers through the full vehicle-buying experience, from greeting them on the lot or online, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, setting appointments, demonstrating vehicles, and helping guide them through the purchase process. The goal is to create a professional, transparent, and positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, by text, and online.
Help customers select new or pre-owned vehicles based on their needs and budget.
Set, confirm, and follow up with appointments.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, prospects, and sold customers.
Use the CRM daily to track customer activity and complete assigned tasks.
Work closely with sales managers, finance, and service to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be dependable, coachable, and motivated to succeed.
Valid driver’s license required.
