Pay: $18–$27/hour + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Chairside Support

  • Deliver high-quality, gentle patient care with clear communication

  • Assist the Dentist during restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, preventive, pediatrics, and emergency procedures

  • Take dental impressions and expose high-quality radiographs

  • Explain treatment plans, procedures, and consents; answer patient questions

  • Accurately document clinical notes in dental software

  • Experience with CADCAM

  • Proficiency in making temporary crowns and veneers

  • Proficient in nearly aspects of general and pediatric dentistry

Clinical, Lab & Practice Support

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and patient records

  • Perform lab procedures (study models, bleaching trays, etc.)

  • Submit, track, and follow up on lab cases

  • Maintain sterilization areas and stocked treatment rooms

  • Schedule referrals and appointments and support daily schedules

  • Maintain equipment and follow infection control, OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and ADA standards

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ Years of Chair Side Assisting Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • State-mandated certifications/licensure/training completed

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and teamwork skills

  • Positive, professional attitude and commitment to patient care

  • Ability to fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns

  • Experience with Open Dental, MS Outlook, and internet tools preferred


Physical Requirements

  • Standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands throughout the day

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs and bending or kneeling

  • Visual acuity for detailed clinical work
