The Opportunity: Escape the Corporate "Mill"

Are you tired of the transactional, volume-heavy environment of firms? If you are looking for a firm that values integrity over quotas and relationships over transactions, we want to meet you.

At Hill Financial Group, we are a holistic, family-oriented wealth management team that specializes in serving retirees. We don’t just manage money; we serve families. We are a rapidly growing firm averaging $20 million a year in new client assets acquisitions while managing over $200 million in client assets currently. We are looking for an entrepreneurial "business-owner" mindset to help us manage our growing book and expand our community impact.

Why This Role is Different

  • Relationship-Based, Not Transactional: We don’t "cold call everyone" to survive. You will grow through high-quality referrals and organic relationships.

  • Family Atmosphere: We host fun client events and community gatherings. You aren't just a voice on the phone; you are a vital part of our clients' lives.

  • Unlimited Growth: Unlike corporate firms, your income is directly tied to your production. If you follow our proven system, your earning potential over the next 3 years far exceeds the traditional corporate ladder.

  • Tertiary Leadership: We need someone who "knows business" and can step in with confidence to handle complex client needs from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Holistic Planning: Provide all-encompassing financial guidance to retirees, helping them navigate life’s biggest transitions with confidence.

  • Client Engagement: Build deep, lasting relationships through regular check-ins, phone consultations, and in-person events.

  • Strategic Growth: Manage and grow a book of business using our referral-based model.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accountability in every financial plan and client interaction.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, or Economics preferred but not mandatory).

  • The Right Heart: A deep desire to serve others and build lasting relationships. Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic are essential.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You don't want a "job"; you want to build something. You have a strong work ethic and the desire to earn more by doing more.

  • The "Human" Element: You have a great personality, you're comfortable on the phone, and you genuinely enjoy talking to people.

Requirements & Growth

  • Licensing: Must be willing to obtain or already have FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as State Life & Health licenses and SIE license (sponsorship provided).

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships preferred.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn platforms like eMoney, Salesforce, and Wealthscape.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays

  • Schedule flexibility

  • Manage a $10M book of business, compensation growth as book of business grows

The Vision

We are looking for someone to buy into our vision. If you execute the training and strategies we provide, you will be in a position to significantly outpace your peers in the industry. You will be the face of a growing firm, supported by a team that feels like family.
