Unarmed Security Officer Position, TX 77056

Detailed Job Post: 

We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77056. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 9pm-5am (40 hours per week). The pay rate for this position is $15.00 hourly. Working smart phone with active internet plan and a vehicle in good condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform access controls at gates. 
  • Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
  • Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
  • Provide assistance to people in need.
  • Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
  • Other duties not listed here but pertinent to the client sites. 

Skills:

  • Customer service.
  • Familiarity with detailed report writing.
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills-Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
  • Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II/Level III certificates.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
