At Voshell’s, we are an independent compounding pharmacy right here in Baltimore. We specialize in creating custom therapies and peptides tailored to what each person needs. You’ll be joining a team that genuinely cares about each other and about the patients they serve. The SDR (Sales Development Representative) team shares leads across territories, covers for each other in the field, and functions as one rather than a set of competing individuals. The on-site pharmacy team is experienced and stable. The team includes a pharmacist with 10 years of tenure and an operations manager who is actively building systems and processes in real time. New patient flow is strong. Following the successful launch of our prescribing provider portal earlier this year, the company is processing approximately 2,000 prescriptions per month and has a scalable infrastructure in place to support continued growth.
The Head of Partnerships will have direct access to the CEO and will operate as a true member of the leadership team. You’ll own the sales function, lead and develop the SDR team, build the infrastructure that makes scalable selling possible, and help take Voshell’s from approximately $5–6M in annual revenue to $10M in six months and $20M in twelve. The company is building toward international expansion and positions this role as a future leader of that effort.

Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting and partnership development to portal activation and prescriber retention.
Lead, coach, and hold accountable a growing team of field sales development representatives (SDRs) and inside sales representatives.
Build the sales infrastructure from scratch: pipeline stages, follow-up SOPs, onboarding workflows, CRM hygiene, and commission visibility for the team.
Forecast demand to operations before incoming account volume creates capacity or cash-flow problems.
Operate as a leadership team member, pressure-testing strategy with the CEO, communicating clearly between what sales promises and what operations can deliver.
Evaluate each SDR’s strengths and determine whether they belong in prospecting or account management.
