We are currently hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Sacramento. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, creating positive experiences, and building strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you’ll work in a retail setting, interacting with customers, providing support, and assisting with customer acquisition efforts by introducing available services and helping guide customers through the enrollment process.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience in a retail environment
- Engage with customers and answer questions about current services and promotions
- Assist with customer acquisition by introducing services and guiding customers through sign-ups
- Build rapport and maintain strong communication with customers
- Track daily interactions and maintain accurate records
