Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate

We are currently hiring a Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our growing team in Sacramento. 

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in both customer service and sales.In this role, you’ll work in a retail environment, connecting with customers, providing a positive experience, and helping introduce them to current services and offerings. If you’re someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction and thrives in a fast-paced setting, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in a retail setting and provide a positive, professional experience
• Answer questions and assist customers with current services and promotions
• Generate interest and guide customers through available offerings
• Support customer interactions from initial conversation through sign-up
• Track daily activity and maintain accurate records
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Sacramento office daily
• Must be at least 18 years old
