- The In-Home Sales Professional: Master the art of closing. Transition from generating leads at the door to running pre-set appointments and closing high-ticket deals. (Avg. Earnings: $80k – $1110k).
- The Management Track: Build and lead. Move into a Team Lead or Territory Manager role where you recruit, train, and earn overrides on your team’s performance. (Avg. Earnings: $80k – $120k).
The Role: You will start as a Field Sales Representative, the face of Bighorn Painting. Your mission is to engage homeowners, build rapport, and qualify them for our services.
- Financial Security: You start with a guaranteed $20/hr base salary.
- Performance Upside: With commissions, our average reps earn $30–$38/hr.
- Mentorship: You’ll work directly with 6-figure earners who will coach you on the psychology of sales and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Generate Opportunities: Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted residential neighborhoods.
- Consultative Sales: Educate homeowners on house painting services using a professional, low-pressure approach.
- Qualify Leads: Identify the best candidates for our services and set high-quality appointments for our senior closers.
- Pipeline Mastery: Use our CRM and route-tracking software to manage your territory like a business owner.
