Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to own and manage our production schedule. This role is responsible for balancing capacity, prioritizing jobs, and ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
This is a mission-critical role — the schedule drives everything.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a dynamic production schedule across multiple CNC machines
- Prioritize jobs based on due dates, capacity, and business needs
- Coordinate with production, programming, purchasing, and leadership
- Adjust schedules in real-time to account for changes, delays, or new priorities
- Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks
- Ensure efficient machine utilization and throughput
- Communicate schedule updates clearly across the organization
- Continuously improve scheduling processes and systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of scheduling, planning, or operations experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems (Fulcrum or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
