Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble, pack, inspect, and prepare products according to company standards. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on job where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are essential. - 3rd Shift: $13.25/hour — 11:30 PM–7:30 AM
- 2nd Shift: $12.00/hour — 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
- 1st Shift: $10.75/hour — 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Participate in warm‑up exercises before starting work
- Gather, assemble, pack, and reassemble product components while meeting production and efficiency goals
- Follow POR instructions to ensure correct packaging materials, labels, and quantities
- Inspect product and packaging quality; remove defective items and notify supervisor when issues arise
- Assemble clips into hangers and hook components into jawbreaker or similar parts as instructed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; remove debris and sweep as necessary
- Assist with rework tasks, inspections, and other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Keep walkways clear at all times to maintain a safe workspace
- Use no‑lift procedures when sending boxes through tape machines and utilize inclined carts for moving materials
- Participate in all required safety, workstation, and production training
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong manual dexterity with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to read and understand written instructions, safety guidelines, and basic operating procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Dependable, safety‑focused, and able to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, grasping, lifting, pulling, pushing, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 30 lbs
- Fine finger dexterity and strong hand‑eye coordination for handling small components
- Ability to stand for extended periods—up to 10 hours depending on shift
