Position Summary
Mountaineer Employment Solutions is seeking dedicated Production Team Members to join the Production Team in Frazier's Bottom, WV. This temp‑to‑hire position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and teamwork. Production Team Members may work in various departments such as machining, assembly, inspection, and packaging while following established procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment according to standard work procedures
- Feed materials into machines and monitor equipment performance
- Assemble automotive and industrial components to precise specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
- Complete production logs, documentation, and shift reports
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE
- Support team leads and supervisors with production goals and workflow
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation is required
