Job description:
Pacific Manor Dental is a warm, patient-centered practice serving the Pacifica community. We're looking for a skilled and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. If you love building long-term relationships with patients and take pride in delivering exceptional preventive care, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings
- Take and review digital X-rays and document findings in patient records
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Assist in the development of individualized patient treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with our dentists and front office team
- Maintain sterilization protocols and a safe, clean treatment environment
What we're looking for
- Active California RDH license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ year of clinical hygiene experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Proficiency with digital X-rays and dental practice management software
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- Laser certification a plus
