DarkWolf Marketing is a performance-driven field sales organization focused on results, growth, and skill development. We operate structured sales campaigns with small, competitive teams in fast-paced, face-to-face environments. This is not a desk-based role. Instead, our team works directly with homeowners to build real-world sales experience and earning potential through both base pay and performance incentives.
This outside sales position involves working directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to help them set up or switch residential trash services, a service every homeowner already uses. The product is straightforward, and success comes from strong communication, consistency, and execution.
Representatives receive a guaranteed 1099 base pay plus commission, with additional earning opportunities based on performance.
No prior sales experience is required. Training, systems, and ongoing coaching are provided.
This is a 1099 contract position that offers base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. Average weekly earnings range from $1,000 to $3,000, with top performers earning $3,000 to $5,000+ based on performance, effort, and consistency.
Candidates can expect to work 5–6 days per week during active campaigns. Flexible part-time options are available, along with travel opportunities for 1–2 week campaign blitzes.
New hires complete a structured onboarding and training program that includes access to proven scripts and sales systems. Daily coaching and performance tracking provide a team-based environment focused on growth and development.

After applying, we review applications for communication skills, attitude, and fit for a performance-based sales role. Qualified candidates may receive a short follow-up message to confirm availability, comfort with face-to-face sales, and understanding of the compensation structure.
Selected candidates will be invited to a brief Zoom interview to review the role, schedule, earning potential, and expectations. Top candidates may then complete a final interview with leadership before receiving an offer and onboarding details.
