Relationship-Focused Group Practice | Remote
We are a growing telehealth group practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples build healthier, more aligned relationships through attachment-based, systems-oriented, and faith-integrated care.
We are currently seeking passionate and relationship-focused clinicians who desire to work with individuals, couples, and pre-dating clients in a meaningful and growth-oriented environment.
This position offers flexibility and autonomy while being part of a supportive and purpose-driven practice.
Clinicians have the freedom to manage their schedules while maintaining consistent availability to support client care and caseload development.
Fully licensed or provisionally licensed (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Strong interest in relationships, couples therapy, and pre-dating work
Background or training in:
Attachment theory
Family systems
EFT, Gottman, or similar models
Trauma-informed (Brainspotting or similar modalities a plus)
Has an understanding of the fundamentals of the Christian faith and is open to integrating faith into the therapeutic process
Relationship dynamics and patterns
Attachment and emotional regulation
Pre-dating and intentional dating work
Couples therapy and communication
Trauma-informed care
Schedule & Availability
As an remote therapist, clinicians maintain control over their schedules.
To support client demand and consistent caseload growth, clinicians are expected to:
Maintain regular weekly availability
Offer appointment times during high-demand hours (afternoons, evenings, and/or optional Sundays)
Build and sustain an active caseload
Full-time equivalent: 25+ sessions/week
Part-time: 10–20 sessions/week
(All services are provided via telehealth. No Saturdays.)
$45-$55
