Salary Range:  $500 - $1300 week

The Business Management Trainee role is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and team leadership. In this position, you will represent our clients to new customers while serving as a trusted point of contact for existing ones.

Position Overview

As a Business Management Trainee, you will help grow our clients’ presence by building new customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for driven individuals who are interested in marketing strategy, leadership development, and performance-based career growth.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Execute face-to-face sales and marketing strategies in retail and in-store environments

    •    Build and maintain professional relationships while closing sales

    •    Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to expand brand awareness

    •    Identify and qualify new prospective customers for our clients

    •    Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate value clearly to consumers

    •    Analyze competitor offerings to provide effective comparisons for customers

    •    Assist with training and onboarding new team members as you progress
