Salary Range:  $45,000 - $65,000 year

 We are a fast-growing marketing and sales company based in Lancaster, PA that specializes in building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional sales results. We partner with Fortune 500 companies within telecommunications, home entertainment, and home improvement industries to execute targeted, direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns designed to drive growth and brand awareness.

We are currently seeking 3-5 motivated, competitive individuals to join our team as a Sales Representative. This is an entry-level position, and we provide all necessary training to help you succeed. Whether you're starting your career or looking to take the next step in sales, we offer a path for professional growth and long-term success.

Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will start with hands-on training and work directly with our team to maintain and execute client sales campaigns. You will focus on engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and driving new business for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face within in-store settings, promoting client products and services.
  • Present up-to-date promotions and marketing materials to prospective customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed weekly individual and team sales goals.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss strategy, progress, and client feedback.
  • Grow brand awareness and generate new leads within the local market.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and consumers, contributing to ongoing sales growth.

Salary & Compensation:

  • Base: This position does offer hourly, guaranteed base pay
  • Incentive/Commission Structure: Uncapped performance-based bonuses and commissions based on sales goals - paid weekly.
