The position is Full-Time and based in our corporate office, requiring the candidate's physical presence as it is not a remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers in a professional manner to provide top-notch customer support.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of the Avalir Platinum Home Maintenance System to customers.
  • Generate customer referrals and setup appointments, contributing to the sales targets of the team.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by using strong listening skills and demonstrating empathy in all interactions.
  • Utilize the company-specific app effectively to manage customer information and service requests.
  • Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support company goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, essential for face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to handle sales conversations and drive customer interest in products and services.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating product features and benefits.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, with an emphasis on empathy and listening.
  • Adept at using digital tools and applications pertinent to customer service processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, to meet business and customer needs.
  • Desire to learn continuously and adapt to changing customer service landscapes.
