Duties and Responsibilities

- Present and explain the features and benefits of the Avalir Platinum Home Maintenance System to customers.
- Generate customer referrals and setup appointments, contributing to the sales targets of the team.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by using strong listening skills and demonstrating empathy in all interactions.
- Utilize the company-specific app effectively to manage customer information and service requests.
- Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support company goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, essential for face-to-face customer interactions.
