Ultra Painting started in 2020 because I genuinely love what happens when a home gets transformed. There’s something powerful about seeing how a fresh paint job can change the way someone feels about their space. That’s what got me into this in the first place.

As we’ve grown, that same focus has shifted inward too. It’s not just about the clients anymore, it’s about the people on our team. My goal is to build real careers for our office managers, project managers, sales reps, and painters. Not just jobs people pass through, but something they can grow in, take pride in, and build a future around.

I want Ultra Painting to represent a different way of working in this industry. More professional, more intentional, and more focused on personal growth.
