Your role as a Licensed Therapist:
You will be primarily responsible for direct care of clients and caseload and complete notes. Operational support in office and clinical consultation support are provided.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan
Review and sign treatment notes
Working collaboratively with Regional Practice Director
Collaborates with other departments within the practice to maintain and provide great client care experience for client(s)
Follows established clinical protocols and procedures at all times
Represents the practice in a positive and professional manner at all times
Other duties as assigned
You will be required to meet the following:
Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California
Invested interest in providing direct care
Complete documentation with 72 hours
Able to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs
Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes
General knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment (copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers)
Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
Must possess effective written and oral communication and social skills
Excellent written and verbal skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar
Bilingual fluency a plus
Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Professional image and demeanor
Exceptional time management and organizational skills with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi-task and manage timely documentation
Being consistent, punctual, and have reliable attendance
Having a strong ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a collaborative, respectful manner
Compensation:
The base hourly rate range for this part to full-time position is $50 - $58.
As a candidate for this position, your hourly rate and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills and any other factors the Grow Through Life Counseling considers relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
