Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team and provide high-quality dental care to our patients with a welcoming and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience minimum as a Registered Dental Hygienist, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent patient communication skills. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable co-diagnosing with doctors while adapting to a dynamic schedule. Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care, including periodontal procedures, and communicate clinical findings with doctors
• Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients
• Demonstrate empathy and attentive listening during patient interactions
• Operate and maintain hygiene equipment properly
• Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos as needed
• Review patient medical histories and dental records prior to treatment
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients on proper home care, nutrition, and dental products
• Utilize Eaglesoft PMS & imaging software (training available)

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Minimum 1–3 years minimum of dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and periodontal care
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to schedule changes
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
