We’re looking for a driven Telehealth Sales Representative to join our team and help clinics adopt innovative solutions like Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Transitional Care Management (TCM). What You’ll Do:

• Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare providers for telehealth, CCM, RPM, and TCM solutions
• Educate providers on the clinical and financial benefits of virtual care programs
• Deliver personalized product demos and presentations
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with market needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor for practices transitioning to value-based care
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

What You Bring:

• Proven success in healthcare or digital health sales (telehealth, home health, hospice, population health preferred)
• Understanding of CCM, RPM, TCM, and CMS reimbursement models
• Knowledge of care coordination workflows and HIPAA compliance
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM and cloud-based software tools
• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives independently and in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

$26 – $30/hour plus performance incentives
