Compensation: $45,000–$57,000 OTE (base hourly + commission, incentive bonuses also available)

The company is looking to add new Customer Service Representatives to work with the customer-facing sales team. With recent market growth, our representatives have been in high demand!

In this position:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for representing the company and its clients with the utmost professionalism and respect. While working face-to-face with customers, this position requires the ability to problem-solve, handle sensitive customer information, market the latest client promotions, and process sales. The primary focus will be building relationships with new and existing customers to resolve issues, upgrade service, and explain client products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Work in client retailers to provide in-person customer service to customers

• Promote and advertise client products and services using up-to-date marketing materials

• Help to escalate product issues and problem-solve

• Retain and upsell current customers using updated client promotions and sales

Compensation:

• Base: This role offers a guaranteed weekly hourly base pay.

• Commission Structure: Commission is uncapped and is paid weekly based on performance and compliance.
