Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 OTE (base or hourly + commission, plus incentives)

Job description:

We’re a St. Louis-based marketing firm that believes the best sales start with real conversations. As an authorized dealer for Primo Water, the next Primo Sales Representative will serve as a brand ambassador for this national client, building lasting customer relationships while driving sales growth. In addition, we represent other top brands across industries like home improvement, home security, and telecommunications—helping them connect with customers through direct, customer-first outreach campaigns.

We’re hiring full-time Primo Sales Representatives who are excited to grow their careers in sales, marketing, and account management. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with customers, delivering tailored product presentations, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle. What You’ll Do:

  • Represent Primo Water and other national clients directly in the marketplace

  • Manage, maintain, and drive sales events in nationally recognized retail locations

  • Deliver customer-focused marketing presentations

  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service

  • Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing

  • Contribute to brand awareness and client growth

Compensation:

  • Average earnings: $40,000–$55,000 annually

  • High performers earn $90,000+ with uncapped commission

  • Weekly performance bonuses available

  • College degree preferred but NOT required
