Aurum Ventures is seeking a hardworking and driven Junior Marketing Associate to join our expanding team! This role would require working ON-SITE daily in St. Louis, MO.

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales.

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost sales performance.

• Providing product/service information to customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

• Participating in client meetings and presentations to support sales objectives.

• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Supporting social media and digital marketing efforts to increase customer engagement and sales.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.
