Canvas assigned territories
Inspect roofs and educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Secure signed contingency agreements
Meet with insurance adjusters
Complete project scopes using Hover
Lead homeowner meetings and move the deal forward
Submit complete job documentation to the claims team
Keep customers informed throughout the process
Collect customer payments
Qualifications & Skills
Proven success in door-to-door roofing sales
Competitive drive and strong follow-through
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to work within structured systems and processes
Strong organization across multiple projects
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
CompensationFirst-season Sr. Sales Representatives can realistically earn $150,000-$250,000 commission based on selling 50 jobs.Returning Sr. Sales Representatives have the ability to earn more each year.
