Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through face-to-face meetings.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and new clientele.
- Follow action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up activities.
- Maintain records of all sales activity, prepare and submit relevant reports as required.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues to maintain company reputation.
- Participate in marketing events like seminars, conferences, and networking trips.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Implement special sales activities to move stock.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to learn, manage, and draft financial accounts using mobile platforms.
- Understanding of, or the willingness to learn, marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- High school degree
