Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home inspections of roofing and siding projects.
- Deliver in-home sales presentations tailored to the clients' specific needs.
- Assess and identify the customer's requirements and preferences.
- Utilize expert knowledge and skills to close deals with efficiency and professionalism.
- Ensure accurate handoff of sold jobs to the production team for fulfillment.
- Maintain relationships with clients to foster referrals and repeat business.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in company CRM systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and the company's product offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective and individual sales goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in home improvement sales, preferably focusing on roofing and siding.
- Proven ability in accurate estimating of project costs and requirements.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Possession of a valid PA driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the designated work area.
- Professional demeanor and appearance in line with company standards.
- Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
