Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
Discuss financial arrangements and support case acceptance
Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-through on pending treatment
Help create a smooth, high-quality patient experience
Support front office operations including billing, insurance, and patient communication
Monitor opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and office flow
Assist with team accountability and daily operational support
Contribute to practice growth and overall office performance
Dental office experience required
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator and/or Office Manager
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Leadership mindset with a desire to grow
Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and front office systems preferred
