Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers daily, responding to their questions and guiding them to appropriate service channels, ensuring a streamlined customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring all relevant information is logged promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow up on customer interactions with additional information, resolution of issues, or confirmation of transactions, as necessary.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets by leveraging effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, suggesting improvements based on daily interactions and challenges faced.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree; higher education or relevant certifications in customer service or sales are highly advantageous.
