As a Telemarketer at A.P.S. Financial, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and introducing them to our portfolio of products and services that can help achieve their financial goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong determination to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients to discuss their financial needs and how our services can meet those needs.
  • Educate prospective clients on the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client contact information and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Perform routine follow-up calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to pass on leads that may require more detailed attention or special handling.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product developments or changes in service offerings.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and targets set by the management.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close appointments and lead discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, like Salesforce or HubSpot, is highly advantageous.
  • High school diploma; further education in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Must have a professional phone demeanor with a passion for customer service excellence.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.
  • Legal right to work in the jurisdiction where the job is based.
