Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to individual client requirements.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure all estate planning documents are compliant with state and federal laws.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding estate planning products and services.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in estate planning and financial regulation to provide informed and up-to-date advice.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance your knowledge and skills in estate planning sales.
- Manage and oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation related to estate planning.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes where necessary.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to craft compelling promotional materials and sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in estate planning, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of estate planning, tax laws, and financial products related to retirement and asset protection.
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
