We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative. The goal of this position is to help support our nationally recognized home improvement client. The Sales and Marketing Representative will connect with consumers in assigned territories, educate customers on high-quality home improvement products, and help generate leads for services.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients and homeowners to generate leads through direct outreach.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase home improvement solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
• Schedule consultations and estimates for homeowners with the sales team.
• Track customer interactions and appointments using company systems.
• Participate in daily, in- office team meetings and training sessions to improve communication, product knowledge, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage assigned territories by developing strategic plans for territory sales growth and maintaining active client relationships.
