Location: Midtown, NYC | Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Starting Pay Range $650-$1,200 Weekly + Uncapped Bonuses | W2

About the Role

Do you love meeting new people, feeding off great energy, and turning a casual “hello” into a loyal customer?

We’re a high-energy marketing and events team that specializes in face-to-face brand experiences: think pop-up activations, interactive booths, and community events that actually get people talking.

This isn’t your typical “sit at a desk all day” role. You’ll be out in the action, helping big-name brands connect with their audience, boost exposure, and drive sales. If you’ve got personality, hustle, and a knack for conversation, we’ll teach you the rest!

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face of our clients’ brands at pop-up events and campaigns.
  • Engage with people in a genuine, approachable way (learn the skills and systems then make your own mark).
  • Share product knowledge and campaign details with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Work with your team to hit and exceed campaign goals: bonuses to come!
  • Bring your energy, ideas, and solutions to keep our sales and events running smoothly.

We’re Looking For

  • Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, on-site in Midtown).
  • Ready to start ASAP – the events are already live!
  • Strong communication and people skills – you actually like talking to strangers.
  • Team player with a great attitude and a student mentality.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must have legal working rights.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, events, sales (basically anywhere you’ve worked with people and made their day better).
